What Can I Expect?
In coaching, you’ll be met exactly where you are—without judgment—and guided through client-led conversations that use open-ended questions and personalized insight to deepen your self-understanding. This process helps you build clarity, reduce emotional barriers, boost motivation, and take meaningful steps toward your goals.
While coaches don’t take responsibility for outcomes (those are in your hands), most clients begin to feel renewed motivation by weeks 4–6 and see clear progress by weeks 8–12. Some even notice positive shifts after the first few sessions. Struggle is a natural part of growth—it often means you’re right where you need to be.

Do I Need To Bring Anything ?
Nope ! Just bring your thinking cap and a willingness to try! I often encourage clients to be present, authentic and proactive during the process.

What If I'm Not Seeing Progress?
Before deciding to end your coaching agreement, I encourage you to bring it into the coaching space—sometimes the urge to quit can reflect internal resistance or a breakthrough moment in disguise. That said, you’re always free to cancel at any time if it no longer feels like a fit. We understand and fully support whatever decision empowers you.

What Is Your Refund Policy ?
Sessions are 100% refundable if you contact customer support (info@laforgecoach.com) within 48 hours of your next scheduled session.

Do I Need To Sign Anything?
When booking, you will have to download and sign a Coaching Agreement before you meet with your coach for your first session.
